iCare Services, Inc., offers access to services to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (HCS) or severe medical/physical conditions (CFC). iCare is a fundamental purpose and a direct correlation to what we do and who we are. We are a caring team that is knowledgeable and experienced in improving the lives of the individuals we serve, as well as their family’s needs.
iCare Services, Inc. is contracted with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide Home and Community-Based Waiver Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living Services (TxHmL) in the DFW area and surrounding counties.
iCare also is contracted with Molina, Superior, Amerigroup and Cigna Health Spring to provide Community First Choice (CFC) services though the Medicaid Star + Plus recipients. This a new service that provides personal assistance and habilitation services in your home and the community. Please contact us for eligibility requirements and assistance in acquiring CFC services though your MCO.

iCare Services, Inc., specializes in obtaining medical equipment, adaptive aids and minor home modifications in a timely manner. Our experienced professionals will guide and assist you by providing specialized evaluations and required documentation needed to meet the needs of daily living.
