Ruddy Enriquez, Chief Executive Officer  

 

Ruddy Enriquez is Chief Executive Officer at iCare Services, Inc. He has oversight of all operations for iCare Services, Inc. In this capacity he leads the day-to-day activities as well as long-term planning in transforming the company to a leading consumer driven organization. He is also responsible for corporate quality assurance and development.

 

Enriquez began his Home and Community Services career in 1997 where he worked in providing direct care services and then as a Case Manager until 1999. He then assumed responsibility as a Service Coordinator Manager. 

 

Enriquez continued his career with DADS as an HCS Survey Reviewer. He then served as Director for two major HCS providers in San Antonio and Dallas. In these roles he was responsible for assisting other providers in providing the best quality services available and also assuring that the individuals in the program had the same rights and opportunities as those without disabilities. Enriquez is now Owner and Chief Executive Officer at iCare Services, Inc., an HCS provider.

 

Enriquez is a graduate of the University of Texas Pan American, where he received his bachelor's degree in Public Relations in 1997.
